Why can’t I find my music anymore? Can I request music?
If you can’t find specific songs, albums or artists it could be that certain artists or their record labels aren’t very familiar with streaming and we don’t have a contract with them. We are always in the process of closing new contracts and bringing the artists you like to simfy.
If you can’t find an artist or album that you already listened to on simfy, we may need to renew the contract. The artist also may have changed labels and the music catalog may have to be redelivered.
It always pays to try your search again. We update our music data very often and you might just need to search and save the music again.
