I can’t sign up anymore – what should I do?
There may be several reasons why you can’t sign up:
1. Perhaps you forgot your password or made a type-o when entering your simfy password? You can simply create a new password.
Go to www.simfy.de, click on ‘Log-in’ and select ‘Forgot password?’ Enter the e-mail address that you used when signing up with simfy and you will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to retrieve your new password.
2. If you’ve tried to log-in with the wrong password too many times, your access will be blocked for your protection. If this is the case, please contact our support team at: support@simfy.com.
3. Did you sign-up using a different e-mail address or a different user name? This could be the reason why your log-in failed. Check to see which e-mail address simfy has been using to send you messages. Once you determine which address you used, it will be simple to acquire the proper user name.
4. If we weren’t able to deduct the fees from your account, your simfy Premium account will be switched to a Free account automatically and you won’t be able to log-in to any of our mobile apps. In order to use your Premium Package again, please contact our Support Team here: support@simfy.com.
