Why doesn't the player work on my device?
This could be due to several factors - which is why we added an error message that will inform you about problems that have occured. A common error is being logged-in to the mobile app or the web site already. To use the Player, you have to log-out of all of the other simfy platforms. Another common error is having an older version. The Player can update itself - you simply need to click on "update" in the yellow error list.
