How can I cancel simfy Premium?

It's very simple. To cancel your simfy Premium package, send an e-mail to support[at]simfy.com sometime before your subscription ends. simfy Premium will stop at the end of the subscription period and will not be renewed. It can be done even faster and simpler. Log-in to your simfy account and complete the following steps. Click on: My simfy > Settings > Account > "Cancel Premium Membership" and you will receive a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. We recommend you use this method to cancel your Premium membership if the end of your subscription period is nearing, especially if you want to cancel outside of business hours (Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:00 pm). After cancelling, you can continue to use simfy Free. That means you can listen to music on the web site and in the simfy Player. However, the moblie apps will no longer be available.
