Why doesn’t the simfy Desktop work for me?

There may be several reasons why it doesn’t work which is why we included a special column for error messages to keep you informed of errors that occur.

1. A frequent reason is that you are already logged in to the mobile app or the web site. Log out of all other simfy apps to use the Desktop Player.

2. A further reason could be that you are using an expired version. The Desktop Player can update itself. To make this happen, you need only to click on “Update” in the yellow error column.
