Why haven't I received a confirmation e-mail yet?
There could be several reasons for this: 1. First check if you entered your e-mail address correctly by logging-in with the same e-mail address you just used in your registration. If simfy recognizes the e-mail address, you entered it correctly the first time. 2. If you still haven't received an e-mail, check your SPAM folder and make sure your inbox isn't so full that you can't receive any more e-mails. Note: To make sure your e-mail provider doesn't label our e-mails as SPAM, we recommend that you add the simfy address "no-reply@simfy.de" to your address book.
