I can't start the simfy Player / it freezes in the task bar. What can I do?
If you can't start the simfy Player or if it can't be activated via the task bar, please do the following: 1. Log out of the simfy Player and uninstall it. Windows Users: 2. Win XP: click Start -> Load -> and enter "%appdata%" (without the ") -> ok -> go to the folder labeled "Adobe" -> "AIR" -> "ELS" and then delete the folder labeled "simfy" Win 03/07/Vista: click on the Windows Symbol -> and enter the following in the empty field below: %appdata% -> ok -> go to the folder labeled "Adobe" -> "AIR" -> "ELS" delete the folder labeled "simfy" Mac Users: 2. Go to: Macuser/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR/ELS delete "simfy". Linux Users: 2. Go to: /home/%user%/.appdata/Adobe/AIR/ELS delete "simfy". 3. Reinstall the simfy Player, start it and log-in. This is an Adobe Air error. We are currently working on finding the error and will remove it as soon as possible.
